Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:A. Content Creation (Pre-Production)<ul><li>Plan, script, and storyboard content ideas in coordination with the branding and management team.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, marketers, and management to understand the brand tone and objectives.</li><li>Set up required equipment (camera, lighting, audio, stabilizers, drone, etc.) for shoots.</li><li>Coordinate shoot schedules for sites, offices, events, and client interactions.</li><li>Ensure brand guidelines (color, tone, logo usage, etc.) are followed in all visual content.</li></ul>B. Filming (Production)<ul><li>Capture high-quality video footage for reels, stories, YouTube, podcasts, and project showcases.</li><li>Record interviews, walkthroughs, testimonials, and on-site construction updates.</li><li>Manage camera angles, lighting, and sound to ensure professional results.</li><li>Shoot behind-the-scenes (BTS) content, team activities, and lifestyle content for social branding.</li><li>Handle drone shooting (if certified) or coordinate with drone operators.</li></ul>C. Editing &amp; Post-Production<ul><li>Edit raw footage into professional-quality content for multiple platforms (Reels, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Add motion graphics, animations, music, sound effects, and subtitles where required.</li><li>Color-grade and enhance visual appeal to match brand aesthetics.</li><li>Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).</li><li>Maintain a consistent brand style across all edits.</li></ul>D. Content Publishing &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Deliver edited content to the digital marketing team on time.</li><li>Coordinate with the graphic designer and marketer for captions, hashtags, and publishing schedules.</li><li>Archive all footage systematically for future reuse.</li><li>Suggest creative ideas for social media campaigns and ad videos.</li></ul>E. Brand &amp; Media Development<ul><li>Create video templates and visual guidelines for all 4 firms.</li><li>Produce internal and external communication videos (HR, training, client communication, etc.).</li><li>Manage podcast recordings and video interviews with management or guests.</li><li>Research trends in architecture, real estate, and AI to create fresh and modern media content.</li><li>Support personal branding videos for CEO and management as part of public image building.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Videographer & Editor

1. Client Communication &amp; Follow-up<ul><li>Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and Instagram DMs professionally.</li><li>Respond to client inquiries regarding services, pricing, meetings, and project updates.</li><li>Maintain a friendly and empathetic tone while solving queries or concerns.</li><li>Provide clear and timely communication between clients and internal teams.</li></ul>2. Lead Handling &amp; Conversion Support<ul><li>Greet and follow up with new leads from social media, website, or walk-ins.</li><li>Share company brochures, packages, service videos, and proposal decks.</li><li>Schedule meetings with the design/sales team and follow up post-meeting.</li><li>Maintain a CRM or Google Sheet log of all new leads and follow-up actions.</li></ul>3. Appointment &amp; Calendar Coordination<ul><li>Book and manage client appointments with architects/designers/project managers.</li><li>Coordinate site visits and online/offline meetings as per client availability.</li><li>Send reminders and confirmations to both clients and internal teams.</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Feedback<ul><li>Share quotations, agreements, design stage documents, and project updates when required.</li><li>Collect feedback post key milestones: design finalization, site start, project completion.</li><li>Maintain a record of complaints/issues and their resolution timeline.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Prepare weekly summary reports on:</li><li>Number of client interactions</li><li>Status of leads</li><li>Feedback received</li><li>Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure clients receive necessary updates or deliverables on time.</li></ul>6.
