1. Client Communication & Follow-up
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and Instagram DMs professionally.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding services, pricing, meetings, and project updates.
- Maintain a friendly and empathetic tone while solving queries or concerns.
- Provide clear and timely communication between clients and internal teams.
2. Lead Handling & Conversion Support
- Greet and follow up with new leads from social media, website, or walk-ins.
- Share company brochures, packages, service videos, and proposal decks.
- Schedule meetings with the design/sales team and follow up post-meeting.
- Maintain a CRM or Google Sheet log of all new leads and follow-up actions.
3. Appointment & Calendar Coordination
- Book and manage client appointments with architects/designers/project managers.
- Coordinate site visits and online/offline meetings as per client availability.
- Send reminders and confirmations to both clients and internal teams.
4. Documentation & Feedback
- Share quotations, agreements, design stage documents, and project updates when required.
- Collect feedback post key milestones: design finalization, site start, project completion.
- Maintain a record of complaints/issues and their resolution timeline.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare weekly summary reports on:
- Number of client interactions
- Status of leads
- Feedback received
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure clients receive necessary updates or deliverables on time.
6. Client Relationship Building
- Celebrate client milestones (project handovers, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) with a message or call.
- Encourage satisfied clients to leave Google/Instagram reviews or refer others.
- Act as the client’s voice inside the company—raising pain points to the manager or CEO.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
