Export Sales Executive

India

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Management:

1• Understand the company’s products and provide detailed technical and commercial explanations to clients.

2• Contact existing and potential customers (including HVAC Consultants, MEP & EPC Companies) for product presentations, enquiry generation, quotation submissions, techno-commercial discussions, and order finalization.

3• Maintain strong and long-term business relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Follow up with customers for quotations, feedback, and order status.

4• Support after-sales communication and service coordination.

5.• Keep track of upcoming projects in target markets and update the internal project database.

6• Maintain and regularly update customer and project contact information.

7• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review

Internal Coordination:

1. • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts, and documentation) to ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.

2• Support documentation, certification, and compliance-related activities for export transactions.

3• Liaise with principals, vendors, and partners for pre-sales, order execution, and payment-related matters.

4• Ensure confidentiality of all company-related information and documents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
