Electrical Engineer – Drives & Automation

Key Responsibilities: Sales &amp; Customer Management:1&bull; Understand the company&rsquo;s products and provide detailed technical and commercial explanations to clients.2&bull; Contact existing and potential customers (including HVAC Consultants, MEP &amp; EPC Companies) for product presentations, enquiry generation, quotation submissions, techno-commercial discussions, and order finalization.3&bull; Maintain strong and long-term business relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. &bull; Follow up with customers for quotations, feedback, and order status.4&bull; Support after-sales communication and service coordination.5.&bull; Keep track of upcoming projects in target markets and update the internal project database.6&bull; Maintain and regularly update customer and project contact information.7&bull; Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management reviewInternal Coordination:1. &bull; Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts, and documentation) to ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.2&bull; Support documentation, certification, and compliance-related activities for export transactions.3&bull; Liaise with principals, vendors, and partners for pre-sales, order execution, and payment-related matters.4&bull; Ensure confidentiality of all company-related information and documents.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;27,000.00 - &#8377;36,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>5G: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English,Hindi,Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
