To identify trends and issues, proactively offer recommendations for issue resolution, and provide continuous improvement/best practices suggestions by analyzing existing solutions and identifying & implementing service enhancements on an ongoing basis. Manage new process introductions and existing process enhancements, in collaboration with the Operations Team. The role focuses on ensuring timely distribution of performance reports to customers and managing performance reporting for programs.
Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience with multiple reporting applications. Handling large sized customers and SPL knowledge preferred. Experience in Customer Relationship & Management.
Qualification: Tertiary or University degree. Basic knowledge of Inventory Management software.
Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills; strong knowledge base in Logistics and Distribution; good systems knowledge; reporting capabilities within a multiple system environment; extensive background with MS Office tools; ability to identify issues, trends and develop data-based recommendations; excellent communication skills.
