Clinic Patient Support Executive- US

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Clinic/ Patient Support Specialist to join our team. This is a telecommuting role where you will be the first point of contact for our US patients and clinical staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic from a remote setting. Your primary responsibility will be to manage patient communications and perform all administrative duties remotely, playing a crucial part in delivering high-quality healthcare.
This is a US shift position, supporting our US-based operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive independently in a virtual work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Remote Communication & Patient Management:
o Serve as the first point of contact, handling all incoming and outgoing patient and clinical staff communications via phone, email, and other virtual channels.
o Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments while managing the clinic's master calendar.
o Update and maintain accurate patient records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
· Administrative & Coordination Duties:
o Handle a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry and preparing documents and reports, all performed remotely.
o Assist with billing inquiries and process payments, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
o Act as a key liaison between patients, doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
· Operational Efficiency:
o Proactively address and resolve issues related to scheduling, patient inquiries, or clinic operations.
o Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with all relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
o Provide clear and concise instructions to patients regarding their appointments and care plans.
Qualifications:
· Any graduate– English Medium Only
· Fresher to 1 year of experience in a US tele calling / support functions.
· Excellent English Communication Skills- Written and Verbal.
· Exceptional phone etiquette and verbal English communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervision.
· Experience of working with US consumer would be good to have.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
