Arc Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our growing logistics team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of inbound shipments by reviewing shipping documentation, scanning records, and entering shipment information into our Transportation Management System (TMS).Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive and review paperwork for all inbound shipments.</li><li>Verify shipping documents for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Scan and electronically file receiving documents.</li><li>Process inbound shipments into the company's Transportation Management System (TMS).</li><li>Enter shipment data accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Communicate with warehouse personnel, vendors, and customers regarding shipment documentation.</li><li>Identify and report discrepancies in receiving paperwork.</li><li>Maintain organized electronic and physical records.</li><li>Support inventory and logistics operations as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Previous experience in receiving, logistics, transportation, warehouse administration, or data entry preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or ERP systems is a plus.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience handling Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, shipping manifests, and receiving documentation.</li><li>Knowledge of transportation and supply chain operations.</li><li>Data entry experience with high accuracy levels.</li></ul>About Arc Supply Chain SolutionsArc Supply Chain Solutions provides logistics and supply chain services that help customers manage the movement of goods efficiently and accurately.
