Receiving and Logistics Clerk

Arc Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our growing logistics team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of inbound shipments by reviewing shipping documentation, scanning records, and entering shipment information into our Transportation Management System (TMS).

Responsibilities

• Receive and review paperwork for all inbound shipments.
• Verify shipping documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Scan and electronically file receiving documents.
• Process inbound shipments into the company's Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Enter shipment data accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with warehouse personnel, vendors, and customers regarding shipment documentation.
• Identify and report discrepancies in receiving paperwork.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
• Support inventory and logistics operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in receiving, logistics, transportation, warehouse administration, or data entry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, shipping manifests, and receiving documentation.
• Knowledge of transportation and supply chain operations.
• Data entry experience with high accuracy levels.
