2. Brand Presence &amp; Relationship Building</b></div><ul><li>Serve as ARCA&rsquo;s primary point of contact in Miami.</li><li>Build and manage an active network of:</li></ul><ul><li>
Architects</li><li>
Interior designers</li><li>
Developers</li><li>
Brokers</li><li>
High-end clients</li><li>Maintain close relationships with both existing and potential clients through:</li></ul><ul><li>
One-on-one meetings</li><li>
Showroom walkthroughs</li><li>
Strategic lunches, coffees, and gatherings</li><li>
Represent ARCA at key industry events.</li></ul><div><b>
3. Strategic Events (PR + Business)</b></div><ul><li>Plan, organize, and execute events in the U.S. as tools for brand positioning and lead</li></ul><div>
generation, including:</div><ul><li>
Private breakfasts and exclusive dinners</li><li>
Material and collection presentations</li><li>
Special events and collaborations</li></ul><ul><li>Define clear objectives for each event (PR, sales, lead generation, relationship building).</li><li>Manage logistics, vendors, guest lists, RSVPs, and follow-ups.</li><li>Prepare post-event reports including:</li></ul><ul><li>
Attendance</li><li>
Leads generated</li><li>
Opportunities identified</li><li>
Next commercial steps</li></ul><div><b>
4. Lead Generation &amp; Business Development</b></div><ul><li>Identify business opportunities and projects in development.</li><li>Detect potential clients and active projects within the market.</li><li>Generate and qualify leads for the commercial team.</li><li>Conduct initial follow-ups and channel opportunities to the sales team.</li><li>Maintain an organized record of contacts and leads (CRM or internal database).</li></ul></div>
