 Plastic Process Engineer
 
 who will work in Production Department.
 
 
 
 
 
 University degree in Mechanical Engineering,
 
 
 Minimum 2-3 years of experience in molding and/or plastic injection production company,
 
 
 Knowledge of quality systems,
 
 
 Knowledge of planning, production and purchasing processes,
 
 
 Good command of English,
 
 
 Result-oriented, strong communication and team player,
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What do we expect from you?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitoring production results, managing the measurement, reporting, control and monitoring systems required for capacity/efficiency determination,
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out and project studies that will increase productivity and profitability,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor departmental capacity and productivity indicators and make improvements on the ground,
 </li>
 <li>
 To work actively in budget and investment studies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct process time studies, efficiency studies and improvements,
 </li>
 <li>
 Closely follow and carry out Occupational Safety improvement activities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Report and analyze process, part quality, mold operation problems in the commissioning of plastic injection molds,
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate incidental, planned and preventive maintenance works
 </li>
