We are currently looking for a Logistics Engineer to join our Production & Material Planning Team.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and warehouse management processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed business decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Analyze, optimize, and continuously improve internal logistics and warehouse operations.
• Design and optimize warehouse layouts and storage location strategies to maximize efficiency.
• Optimize material flow, packaging methods, transportation routes, and replenishment processes.
• Lead warehouse digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Analyze manpower, equipment, and resource requirements to ensure optimal warehouse capacity.
• Monitor, analyze, and report warehouse KPIs, driving performance through data-driven insights.
• Lead Lean Logistics and continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor the warehouse budget in line with business objectives.
• Improve inventory management, stock accuracy, and cycle counting processes.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless material flow and operational excellence.
