<div>Positional Duties
<ul>
<li>Design, develop reports, dashboards, scorecards and metrics to interpret and transform data into useful and actionable information to measure business performance and identify growth opportunities</li>
<li>Improve sophistication of the digital platform to be competitive with modern and progressive content delivery platforms</li>
<li>Develop training content for business users on use of BI Dashboards and datasets to improve user productivity</li>
<li>Perform complex analyses involving diverse data sources that require considerable integration and reconciliation to assist in strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the discovery of new, valuable insights including predictive recommendations.</li>
<li>Work with Strategic Finance team to develop new AI / Agentic problem solving solutions</li></ul> 


Skills, Experiences, and Training
<ul>
<li>Strong experience with design and development in business intelligence applications and software languages including:</li>
<li><ul><li>Core Competencies: JSON, Python, Domo Magic ETL, SQL, and PowerBI. Ability to understand functions and write data flows.</li>
<li>Familiarity with: IOT, LLM, API Design, and AI Agent building</li>
</ul></li><li>Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple manner.</li>
<li>Have well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to synthesize large amounts of information, as well as diverse sets of structured and unstructured datasets.</li>
<li>Knowledge to create dashboards and reports that provide ongoing insight to business stakeholders who are not as familiar with data analysis</li>
<li>Experience in manufacturing and machining is beneficial.</li>
<li>Experience in Epicor, JobBoss or Visual ERP systems beneficial</li>
<li>Minimum 2-5 years of work experience</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Mathematics</li></ul>
