Data Analyst ( Part time/Temporary)

Positional Duties

• Design, develop reports, dashboards, scorecards and metrics to interpret and transform data into useful and actionable information to measure business performance and identify growth opportunities
• Improve sophistication of the digital platform to be competitive with modern and progressive content delivery platforms
• Develop training content for business users on use of BI Dashboards and datasets to improve user productivity
• Perform complex analyses involving diverse data sources that require considerable integration and reconciliation to assist in strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the discovery of new, valuable insights including predictive recommendations.
• Work with Strategic Finance team to develop new AI / Agentic problem solving solutions

Skills, Experiences, and Training

• Strong experience with design and development in business intelligence applications and software languages including:
• • Core Competencies: JSON, Python, Domo Magic ETL, SQL, and PowerBI. Ability to understand functions and write data flows.
  • Familiarity with: IOT, LLM, API Design, and AI Agent building
• Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple manner.
• Have well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to synthesize large amounts of information, as well as diverse sets of structured and unstructured datasets.
• Knowledge to create dashboards and reports that provide ongoing insight to business stakeholders who are not as familiar with data analysis
• Experience in manufacturing and machining is beneficial.
• Experience in Epicor, JobBoss or Visual ERP systems beneficial
• Minimum 2-5 years of work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Mathematics
