 Legal Administrative Assistant (DP Specialist)
 
 to work in its New York, New York office. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
 
 
 At Archer, we are passionate about developing talent and providing hands-on experience across the full spectrum of legal work.&nbsp;The Team in the New York office works with the latest equipment and software and handles legal work from the attorneys in several practice group areas.

 Responsibilities
 
 :
 
 
 This position includes, without limitation, the following core duties:
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create, revise and format Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents;
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Transcribe digital dictation; and
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create and edit PDFs in Kofax.
 
 
 
 Job Requirements
 
 :
 
 
 Qualified candidates must have:
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must have at least 3-years Legal Administrative Assistant experience.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preferred candidates will have excellent computer skills with a thorough knowledge of MS&nbsp;Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Kofax and Outlook.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be a self-starter, detail oriented and able to work in a team environment.

 offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $67,000, commensurate with experience.
