LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (DP SPECIALIST)

Archer & Greiner, P.C. seeks a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant (DP Specialist) to work in its New York, New York office. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

At Archer, we are passionate about developing talent and providing hands-on experience across the full spectrum of legal work. The Team in the New York office works with the latest equipment and software and handles legal work from the attorneys in several practice group areas.

Responsibilities :

This position includes, without limitation, the following core duties:

·        Create, revise and format Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents;

·        Transcribe digital dictation; and

·        Create and edit PDFs in Kofax.

Job Requirements :

Qualified candidates must have:

·        Must have at least 3-years Legal Administrative Assistant experience.

·        Preferred candidates will have excellent computer skills with a thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Kofax and Outlook.

·        Must be a self-starter, detail oriented and able to work in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits

Archer & Greiner P.C. offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $67,000, commensurate with experience.
