Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team in New Castle, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for accurately maintaining and updating quality-related data within our systems. Responsibilities:
• Input quality-related data into company systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct thorough reviews of entered information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Perform routine quality checks on existing data to maintain its integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to report progress and address any challenges.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
• Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information.
• Adapt quickly to new systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in streamlining data entry processes for improved workflow.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of data with exceptional accuracy.
• Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to learn new software swiftly.
• Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
• Excellent typing skills and familiarity with numeric data entry.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and precision.
