Description

Provide a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests and staff.

Coordinate and manage office amenities and services.

Support operations with special projects, including events and office improvements.

Ensure pantry is stocked and organized.

Assist in planning and execution of events.

Manage conference room bookings and setups.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner.

Order and maintain pantry supplies.

Set up and break down events as needed.

Manage conference room schedules and setups.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and common areas.

Communicate office needs and updates to management.

Qualifications
