You'll be the right hand to a highly accomplished and fast-moving Managing Partner. This is not a traditional administrative role — it demands genuine judgment, relentless discretion, and a talent for making complex things look effortless. You'll manage everything from a demanding global travel schedule and board-level calendar to personal errands and family logistics, all while maintaining the highest professional standards.

140-160k with generous bonus
Responsibilities:

Own a complex, ever-shifting calendar across multiple time zones

Coordinate international travel — private & commercial

Manage correspondence, briefings, and investor communications

Liaise with portfolio company executives and board members
-
Handle personal logistics: reservations, household vendors, events

Prepare meeting materials, decks, and agendas
-
Anticipate needs before they become problems
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
-
5+ years supporting a senior executive, ideally in finance
-
Flawless written and verbal communication
-
Comfort managing blurred professional/personal lines
-
Poise under pressure and total commitment to discretion

Exceptional organizational instincts and follow-through
-
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern scheduling tools
