 Ardelle Associates is seeking Administrative Specialists for contract opportunities supporting the National Institute of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD.
 
 
 
 General Duties Include:
 
 
 
 Performing administrative functions, general clerical skills, greeting and directing visitors, receiving and distributing phone calls and mail, scheduling meetings and calendaring events, travel arrangements, composing memos, transcription, supporting the development of reports and materials, monitoring invoices and expense reports.
 
 
 
 Other Duties may include:
 
 
 
 Reception/Front Office Activities
 
 
 Patient Admissions
 
 
 Scheduling Activities
 
 
 Equipment, Material and Supply Activities
 
 
 Reporting Duties
 
 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS:
 
 
 
 &middot; A minimum of a high school diploma, GED, is required and related work experience
 
 
 &middot; Previous experience working in Federal Government, Medical Research and/or Clinical environments preferred
 
 
 &middot; Strong communication skills, both oral and written
 
 
 &middot; Ability to transcribe and edit documents
 
 
 &middot; Analytic, organizational and time management skills
 
 
 &middot; Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment consisting of a diverse population
 
 
 Must be a US Citizen. Federal background investigation required.
