If you&rsquo;re the person who makes sure every document is airtight, every deadline is met, and every team has what they need to stay safe &mdash; this role was built for you. As our HSEQ Administrator, you&rsquo;ll be the operational backbone of Arena&rsquo;s safety program, keeping our teams compliant, prepared, and protected across every project site, warehouse, and field operation we run.</div><div></div><div><br>
You&rsquo;ll own the HSEQ Safety Hub on SharePoint, coordinate Site-Specific Safety Plans for projects ranging from the PGA Tour to FIFA events, maintain training and certification records, and produce the dashboards and reports leadership relies on. This is a high-visibility coordination role where your attention to detail directly impacts the safety of people on the ground.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
️ </b><b>How You&rsquo;ll Support the Structure</b></div><div><ul><li><b>
Safety Planning &amp; Site Documentation</b> &mdash; Partner with Project Managers 60&ndash;90 days before each project kicks off to coordinate Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs). You&rsquo;ll make sure every plan is uploaded, current, and aligned with Arena SOPs and client requirements for events like the PGA Tour, USGA, IOC, and FIFA.</li><li><b>
HSEQ Safety Hub Administration</b> &mdash; Serve as the primary admin for our SharePoint-based HSEQ Safety Hub. You&rsquo;ll keep SOPs, forms, alerts, and project files organized and accessible, and lead adoption of new tools and digital workflows across the team.</li><li><b>
Compliance &amp; Records Management</b> &mdash; Maintain training and certification records (PIT, MEWP, OSHA), track incidents and near misses, support ISO 45001 alignment, and coordinate post-incident documentation. You&rsquo;re the reason nothing falls through the cracks.</li><li><b>
Data, Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement</b> &mdash; Build and maintain Excel/Power BI dashboards tracking incident trends, training compliance, and TRIR. Prepare monthly and quarterly HSEQ reports and coordinate PSIF review meetings.</li><li><b>
General HSEQ Support</b> &mdash; Coordinate meetings, communications, vendor relationships (training providers, medical services), PPE planning, and signage procurement. No two days look the same, and you&rsquo;ll thrive in that.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>

Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field &mdash; or equivalent work experience</li><li>
2+ years in an administrative, compliance, or safety-support role</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite &mdash; especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint &mdash; with sharp attention to data accuracy</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple deadlines with strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>

<br><br>
<b>Job Objective:</b><br>
Arena’s vision is to provide a seamless seating experience with a high level of customer service and attention to detail for various temporary seating solutions at events and sports venues. The Account Manager is at the forefront of promoting this attitude and maintaining a high standard of service.
<br><br>
This role is primarily responsible for sourcing, managing, and growing the client base for the Seating division. The Account Manager will act as the central point of contact throughout the sales process and project lifecycle, working closely with other departments to deliver high-quality temporary seating solutions while ensuring revenue targets and internal procedures are met.
<br><br>
Key Responsibilities
<br><br>
<ul>
<li>Work with new and existing clients to understand their seating requirements and propose suitable solutions to meet their event specifications.</li>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of the technical and logistical aspects of temporary seating systems.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams (Operations/Design/Production/Estimation) to ensure accurate project estimates and creative input.</li>
<li>Present seating solutions and cost proposals to clients, selling the unique features and benefits of Arena’s offerings.</li>
<li>Manage negotiations and finalize contracts with clients.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication between all internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Project Manager and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and on-site delivery.</li>
<li>Liaise with the Finance team for invoicing and manage client payments pre-event, supporting Finance on final payments post-event.</li>
<li>Maintain CRM with up-to-date client and project information.</li>
<li>Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.</li>
<li>Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage the entire process from client brief to project handover, remaining the main point of contact throughout.</li>
</ul>
<b>Required Skills/Abilities:</b><br>

<li>Highly organized and able to handle pressure and tight deadlines.</li>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic speaker is an advantage).</li>
