Position Description
Job Title: Account Manager - Events
Reporting Into: Commercial Director – KSA

Location: Riyadh or Jeddah, KSA
Job Objective:
Arena’s vision is to provide a seamless seating experience with a high level of customer service and attention to detail for various temporary seating solutions at events and sports venues. The Account Manager is at the forefront of promoting this attitude and maintaining a high standard of service.
This role is primarily responsible for sourcing, managing, and growing the client base for the Seating division. The Account Manager will act as the central point of contact throughout the sales process and project lifecycle, working closely with other departments to deliver high-quality temporary seating solutions while ensuring revenue targets and internal procedures are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with new and existing clients to understand their seating requirements and propose suitable solutions to meet their event specifications.
- Develop a deep understanding of the technical and logistical aspects of temporary seating systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations/Design/Production/Estimation) to ensure accurate project estimates and creative input.
- Present seating solutions and cost proposals to clients, selling the unique features and benefits of Arena’s offerings.
- Manage negotiations and finalize contracts with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication between all internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and on-site delivery.
- Liaise with the Finance team for invoicing and manage client payments pre-event, supporting Finance on final payments post-event.
- Maintain CRM with up-to-date client and project information.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage the entire process from client brief to project handover, remaining the main point of contact throughout.

- A natural relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to think quickly and clearly under pressure.
- Adaptable, with a willingness to respond to a constantly changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic speaker is an advantage).
- Willingness to work extended hours as required.
Technical
Computer literate, ability to use Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Education and Experience:- University Graduate or equivalent in any discipline
- 2-5 years’ experience in account handling/sales or project management for an event related business
