Ideal for hardworking candidates who want to build advocacy skills quickly.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Represent clients in courts and tribunals; attend hearings and brief senior counsel.</li><li>Draft plaints, written statements, petitions, affidavits, applications, settlement documents etc.</li><li>Conduct legal research, prepare hearing notes and litigation strategies.</li><li>Manage case files, timelines, service, and follow-up with clients and courts.</li><li>Assist with admissions, procedural compliance and evidence management.</li></ul>Must-have (minimum)<ul><li>LLB (or equivalent).
