 Role Summary
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Developing plans, targets and acquiring clients for business &amp; revenue growth.&nbsp;Generate, Evaluate and successfully conclude new business/ opportunities for the company in line with the overall commercial strategy of the business.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Familiarizing with the ARGAN Bedaya Business model &amp; studying the market to identify, attract &amp; acquire suitable clients and revenue making opportunities.
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Explore and identify new business opportunities.
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Preliminary assessment and approval on new opportunities.
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Developing presentations &amp; coordinating with the marketing team for creating content &amp; materials that can be presented to prospective clients for attracting business opportunities and partnerships.
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Identifying and meeting with key contact people from various businesses for the purpose of attaining sponsorships.
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Attaining various partnerships with other businesses that will provide employee benefits / discounts.
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Identify, implement and maintain best practices in relation to business development.
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Maintain effective communication with Senior Management ensuring that compiled reports are submitted as per management requirements.
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Actively promote a positive image of ARGAN Bedaya.
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Training of Sales team and collaborating with them to drive sales.
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Determine client expectations to ensure the delivery of a quality service.
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Periodic review and update of strategy and business plan (annually).
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Coordinate with the Marketing team in the implementation of marketing strategies/campaigns and events.
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Monitor and track trends in customers&rsquo; needs/interests and provide relevant reports in order to develop/expand relevant programs/classes.
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Developing quotes &amp; proposals for prospective clients.
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Negotiate prices for partnership opportunities.
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Creating a strong presence of the business in the market by attending various conferences and events.
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 Analyse the competitive environment, map competitive offers &amp; price point, identify industry and macro-economic trends, define threats and opportunities, and gather actionable data and metrics around business line performance.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 Ensure ethical standards are maintained in all business relations and networking.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>

 Strong knowledge and experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Sales Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Market Analysis, Opportunity Identification, and Planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience with data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects independently
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in education, real estate, or community development is a plus
 </li>
