We value ownership, technical excellence, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into seamless ERP solutions.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Frappe Framework &amp; ERPNext Developer who is comfortable wearing multiple hats. This is a high-impact role where you will either function as the primary architect/developer (Solo) or lead a small technical team depending on project scale.You must be a &quot;full-cycle&quot; developer&mdash;capable of gathering requirements, coding, deploying to production, and maintaining the system without constant supervision.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and customize modules in ERPNext and build custom applications using the Frappe Framework.</li><li>Server &amp; Deployment: Handle the complete deployment lifecycle. You should be comfortable setting up and managing self-hosted instances (VPS, Linux, Nginx, Docker).</li><li>Customization: Create custom DocTypes, Reports, Scripts (Python/JS), and Print Formats to fit specific business workflows.</li><li>Integration: seamlessly integrate ERPNext with third-party APIs (Payment Gateways, Shipping providers, Biometric devices, etc.).</li><li>Leadership: Act as the technical authority. If working solo, you own the delivery. If the team grows, you will mentor junior developers and review code.</li><li>Troubleshooting: Debug production issues, manage backups, and ensure system uptime and security.</li></ul>Required Tech Stack<ul><li>Backend: Python (Proficient), Frappe Framework</li><li>Frontend: JavaScript (ES6+), JQuery, Jinja Templating, HTML/CSS</li><li>Database: MariaDB / MySQL</li><li>DevOps/Infra: Linux (Ubuntu), Nginx, Redis, Git, Supervisor, Docker (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Pollachi, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
