You won't just be &quot;editing videos&quot;; you will be the voice of our brand's visual identity. Whether it's a high-energy showreel for a new AI product, a sleek UI interaction animation, or a realistic 3D product render, your work will define how the world sees Arijentek.Responsibilities For Freshers (The Aspiring Creator)<ul><li>Social Media Storytelling: Create fast-paced, engaging content (Reels, Shorts) that showcases our company culture and behind-the-scenes projects.</li><li>Basic Motion Graphics: Design animated text overlays, lower thirds, and logo intros/outros using After Effects.</li><li>Video Editing: Assemble raw footage into polished narratives, handling basic color correction and audio syncing.</li><li>Learning &amp; Growth: Assist senior designers in 3D rendering tasks and learn to visualize complex tech concepts.</li></ul>For Experienced (The Visual Lead)<ul><li>Advanced Motion Design: Create broadcast-quality explainer videos that simplify complex services like &quot;Network Infrastructure&quot; or &quot;ERP Solutions&quot; into engaging visuals.</li><li>3D Visualization: Utilize tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or Unreal Engine to create realistic 3D assets and environments (aligning with our '3D Design &amp; Visualization' service).</li><li>UI Animation: Collaborate with our UI/UX team to create &quot;micro-interactions&quot; and promo videos for mobile apps and websites.</li><li>Creative Direction: Take ownership of the visual style for client campaigns, ensuring every frame aligns with Arijentek&rsquo;s minimalist and modern aesthetic.</li></ul>RequirementsEssential Skills (Both Levels):<ul><li>Creativity First: A strong eye for composition, color theory, and visual pacing. You know why a cut works, not just how to make it.</li><li>Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.</li><li>Design Sense: Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator for asset preparation.</li><li>Portfolio: A showreel or portfolio link is mandatory.
