The Role

This is an onsite role for a highly creative individual who lives and breathes visual content. You won't just be "editing videos"; you will be the voice of our brand's visual identity. Whether it's a high-energy showreel for a new AI product, a sleek UI interaction animation, or a realistic 3D product render, your work will define how the world sees Arijentek.

Responsibilities

For Freshers (The Aspiring Creator)

• Social Media Storytelling: Create fast-paced, engaging content (Reels, Shorts) that showcases our company culture and behind-the-scenes projects.
• Basic Motion Graphics: Design animated text overlays, lower thirds, and logo intros/outros using After Effects.
• Video Editing: Assemble raw footage into polished narratives, handling basic color correction and audio syncing.
• Learning & Growth: Assist senior designers in 3D rendering tasks and learn to visualize complex tech concepts.

For Experienced (The Visual Lead)

• Advanced Motion Design: Create broadcast-quality explainer videos that simplify complex services like "Network Infrastructure" or "ERP Solutions" into engaging visuals.
• 3D Visualization: Utilize tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or Unreal Engine to create realistic 3D assets and environments (aligning with our '3D Design & Visualization' service).
• UI Animation: Collaborate with our UI/UX team to create "micro-interactions" and promo videos for mobile apps and websites.
• Creative Direction: Take ownership of the visual style for client campaigns, ensuring every frame aligns with Arijentek’s minimalist and modern aesthetic.

Requirements

Essential Skills (Both Levels):

• Creativity First: A strong eye for composition, color theory, and visual pacing. You know why a cut works, not just how to make it.
• Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Design Sense: Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator for asset preparation.
• Portfolio: A showreel or portfolio link is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience with 3D software (Blender/Maya/C4D) is a massive plus.
• Knowledge of sound design (SFX & mixing) to enhance viewer retention.
• Experience filming with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
