Responsible for essential tasks associated with Account Payable, Account Receivable, and other General Accounting related activities. 
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Follow all company policies and procedures.
</li><li>Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.
</li><li>Perform basic functions associated with Accounts Payable (invoice processing, GL coding, reporting, vendor communication including statement reconciliation, compliance, and internal controls).
</li><li>Perform basic functions associated with Accounts Receivable (payment collection/posting, reporting, invoice management, customer communication including statement reconciliation, compliance, and internal controls).
</li><li>Maintain vendor and customer accounts in ERP system as needed.
</li><li>Support external audits by providing documentation and explanations
</li><li>Coordinate with sales department to resolve any customer invoicing questions.
</li><li>Keep the accounts receivable aging schedule current and well-maintained.
</li><li>Work with procurement buyers and/or vendors to address and resolve invoice questions.
</li><li>Process Return Material Authorization forms (RMAs), credit and debit memos, and proforma invoices.
</li><li>Assist with month end/year end closing and associated journal entries.
</li><li>Record cash receipts and apply to appropriate customer account.
</li><li>Authorize and process credit card payments.
</li><li>Audit employee expense reports and weekly submission to payroll for processing.
</li>Sort and distribute incoming mail as needed.

</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Non-supervisory role.
</li><li>High School diploma, some college helpful.
</li><li>3 to 5 years of experience. Accounting experience preferred.
</li><li>No certifications or licenses required.
</li><li>Excellent math skills required.
</li><li>Moderate reading skills required.
</li><li>Moderate computer skills needed.
</li><li>Must have moderate language skills.
</li><li>Must have moderate writings skills.
</li><li>Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
</li><li>Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
</li><li>Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.</li></ul></div>
