 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying and selling properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong market knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.

 <li>
 Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct property viewings and presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve successful transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and update property listings across various platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate documentation and ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated and target-oriented.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
 </li>
