Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying and selling properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong market knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations.
• Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve successful transactions.
• Manage and update property listings across various platforms.
• Coordinate documentation and ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
• Follow up with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
