Full Job Description

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.

Candidates must be fluent in English, Arabic, and Russian and have at least 6 months of experience as Sale Agent in Real Estate.

This is a commission-only opportunity with high earning potential for individuals who are confident, target-driven, and passionate about sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and build client relationships
• Assist buyers, sellers, and investors with property inquiries
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Follow up with clients and maintain excellent customer service
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Fluent in English, Arabic, and Russian
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales or real estate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Great customer service skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• UAE real estate experience is an advantage

Compensation

• No basic salary
• Commission-only structure
• Attractive commission ranging from 50% to 70%
