Key Responsibilities

Consistently update clients with new project launches and market trends.

Leverage social media and influencer partnerships for marketing and lead generation.

Guide clients throughout their property search and listing process.

Schedule property visits and meet clients to understand their requirements.

Generate fresh, high-quality leads daily from various portals and platforms.

Requirements

Valid UAE Visa: Preference for candidates with their own visa. (We could also provide based on experience.)

UAE Driving License: Mandatory for the role.

Experience: At least 2 years in the real estate sector.

Multilingual: Fluency in English is a must, additional languages to connect with locals, Europeans, and Asians are a plus.

Dubai Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Dubai's real estate market.

Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in sales and deal-closing.

Teamwork: Must be a motivated team player.
