Real Estate Agent

NYSA Realty is looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate
• Experience in off-plan or secondary sales; off-plan experience is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent client relationship and follow-up abilities
• Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in Social Media & Video shoots

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage property leads
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct property presentations, meetings, and viewings
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
• Build long-term relationships with buyers and investors
• Stay updated on market trends, projects, prices, and payment plans
• Achieve monthly sales targets
