 Role Description :
 
 
 This is a flexible role for a Marketing Manager based in Jabriya, Kuwait, available in one of the following arrangements:
 
 
 &bull; Full-time
 
 
 &bull; Part-time
 
 
 &bull; Consultancy basis
 
 
 
 
 
 The Marketing Manager will lead the strategic and creative direction of Arkan Clinic&rsquo;s marketing activities, ensuring the brand reflects the clinic&rsquo;s reputation for luxury, innovation, and medical excellence.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key responsibilities include:
 
 
 &bull; Developing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with the clinic&rsquo;s goals an
 
 d vision.
 
 &bull; Leading both digital and traditional marketing campaigns to build strong brand awareness and patient engagement.
 
 
 &bull; Conducting market research, patient insights analysis, and competitor benchmarking to guide strategy.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborating closely with internal teams, doctors, and management to ensure unified communication and messaging.
 
 
 &bull; Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, preparing detailed reports and performance recommendations.
 
 
 &bull; Building strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations to expand the clinic&rsquo;s visibility.
 
 
 &bull; Ensuring all communication complies with Kuwaiti medical advertising regulations and the clinic&rsquo;s ethical standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications :
 
 
 &bull; Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content
 
 Creation
 
 &bull; Strong background in Brand Strategy, Campaign Management, and Cross-department Coordination
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in Market Research, Analytics, and Performance Reporting
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or CRM platforms
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
 
 
 &bull; Previous experience in healthcare marketing or medical brand positioning is a strong advantage
