Role Description :

This is a flexible role for a Marketing Manager based in Jabriya, Kuwait, available in one of the following arrangements:

• Full-time

• Part-time

• Consultancy basis


The Marketing Manager will lead the strategic and creative direction of Arkan Clinic’s marketing activities, ensuring the brand reflects the clinic’s reputation for luxury, innovation, and medical excellence.


Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with the clinic’s goals an

d vision.

• Leading both digital and traditional marketing campaigns to build strong brand awareness and patient engagement.

• Conducting market research, patient insights analysis, and competitor benchmarking to guide strategy.

• Collaborating closely with internal teams, doctors, and management to ensure unified communication and messaging.

• Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, preparing detailed reports and performance recommendations.

• Building strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations to expand the clinic’s visibility.

• Ensuring all communication complies with Kuwaiti medical advertising regulations and the clinic’s ethical standards.


Qualifications :

• Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content

Creation

• Strong background in Brand Strategy, Campaign Management, and Cross-department Coordination

• Proficiency in Market Research, Analytics, and Performance Reporting

• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or CRM platforms

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Previous experience in healthcare marketing or medical brand positioning is a strong advantage

• Must be based in Kuwait
