Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand direction, taking ownership from planning to execution.
  • Actively manage the company’s brand positioning, identity, and communication across all channels.
  • Take full responsibility for marketing accounts, coordinating closely with internal teams, clients, and departments to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and effectively.
  • Plan, create, and publish content for social media, websites, email, and other platforms, ensuring high engagement and alignment with brand voice.
  • Oversee and directly manage ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.), including setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate hands-on with designers and agencies to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and marketing materials, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
  • Review, approve, and, when needed, actively contribute to creative assets to maintain consistent brand voice and quality.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, including events, partnerships, and promotions, taking personal accountability for results.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple campaigns, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Stay actively updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new marketing tools to drive innovation.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach in all aspects of marketing, taking initiative to solve problems and deliver results.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital advertising.
  • Proven experience managing multiple accounts or brand portfolios.
  • Hands-on experience in social media, performance marketing, and tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and Canva.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including writing, storytelling, and visual content planning.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and brand consistency.
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English).
