Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand direction, taking ownership from planning to execution.
- Actively manage the company’s brand positioning, identity, and communication across all channels.
- Take full responsibility for marketing accounts, coordinating closely with internal teams, clients, and departments to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and effectively.
- Plan, create, and publish content for social media, websites, email, and other platforms, ensuring high engagement and alignment with brand voice.
- Oversee and directly manage ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.), including setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate hands-on with designers and agencies to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and marketing materials, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
- Review, approve, and, when needed, actively contribute to creative assets to maintain consistent brand voice and quality.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, including events, partnerships, and promotions, taking personal accountability for results.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple campaigns, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Stay actively updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new marketing tools to drive innovation.
- Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach in all aspects of marketing, taking initiative to solve problems and deliver results.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital advertising.
- Proven experience managing multiple accounts or brand portfolios.
- Hands-on experience in social media, performance marketing, and tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and Canva.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing, storytelling, and visual content planning.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and brand consistency.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English).
