With three decades of industry expertise, Natmed delivers eco friendly, high quality solutions to foodservice and retail sectors, and supplies essential medical products to public and private hospitals, including the Ministry of Health.

As we expand, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Administrative Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting both sales operations and administrative functions.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer focused professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing customer inquiries and delivering prompt, professional responses
• Preparing quotations and supporting the sales order process
• Coordinating purchase order tracking in collaboration with the Sales Officer
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Preparing and presenting regular sales performance reports
• Facilitating clear and efficient communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
• Proven experience in sales and sales management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage administrative and coordination tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Industry experience in consumables, foodservice, or healthcare is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred

Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
