Field Sales Executive – Footwear B2B (Retail Channel Acquisition & Payment Collection)

Kuwait City, Kuwait

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive who is a natural closer, a go-getter, and a deal-maker. This role is for someone who doesn’t wait for perfect conditions—he creates them. You’ll be responsible for visiting retail shops, showrooms, supermarkets, and malls across Kuwait, pitching our footwear inventory, and securing bulk purchase deals.

No excuses. No delays. You market what we have, and what’s coming in. Your job is to get the client, close the deal, and Address if any issues comes with Client, take the responsibility to collect the payment and our team will go and collect the payment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit retail outlets and meet decision-makers to pitch and sell our footwear inventory
  • Close bulk purchase deals with new clients every week
  • Market available stock professionally—no excuses, no complaints
  • Ensure timely payment collection from all clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships for repeat business
  • Report weekly performance and client feedback

Requirements

  • Proven field sales experience in retail or wholesale sectors
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; confident communicator and negotiator
  • Must be target-driven, persistent, and solution-oriented
  • Own vehicle preferred for field mobility
  • Familiarity with Kuwait’s retail landscape is a strong advantage
  • Good to have digital skills (WhatsApp, email, catalog sharing, campaigns and more)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From KD200.000 per month
