SME Corporate Sales B2B – HR Services (Remotely)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SME Corporate Sales to promote and sell our remote HR services to small and medium-sized businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting with company owners and decision-makers, effectively presenting our HR solutions, closing deals, and managing client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and generate leads within the SME sector.

· Initiate contact with business owners and senior decision-makers to understand their HR needs.

· Present and explain our remote HR services clearly and persuasively.

· Schedule and attend meetings (in person or virtually) with potential clients.

· Negotiate contract terms and close deals successfully.

· Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients and coordinate with internal operations teams.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

· Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and provide ongoing support.

· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales; experience in selling services is preferred.

· Strong understanding of HR services or business support solutions is a plus.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-driven, confident, and able to work independently.

· Strong presentation and client-facing skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern communication tools.
