About the Role

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and result-driven Recruitment Manager for our Kuwait operations. The main responsibility is to meet corporate clients, understand their manpower needs, and secure recruitment orders for overseas placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet potential and existing clients regularly to generate new recruitment orders.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment teams abroad.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for approvals and agreements.
• Identify new business opportunities across industries.
• Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in client acquisition or recruitment business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be confident, presentable, and proactive in meeting clients.
• Valid Kuwait driving license
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
