Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective members and follow up on leads
• Convert inquiries into memberships
• Present promotions / membership packages and class schedules
• Maintain accurate records of customers
• Provide customer service

Qualifications:

 Proven Telesales or call center experience

 Strong communication and negotiation skills

 Energic, persuasive and sales driven personality

 Well verse with customer service

 Equivalent diploma or degree in marketing, communications or related fields
