1. Lead and mentor the marketing and events team, fostering creativity and professional development.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
3. Plan, organize, and manage corporate and promotional events, ensuring high-quality execution.
4. Lead the marketing team and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
5. Collaborate with retail tenants and service providers to support joint marketing and promotional activities.
6. Manage social media, digital campaigns, and brand presence across platforms.
7. Identify, approach, and manage sponsors, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships for events and campaigns.
8. Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality event setups and marketing materials.
8. Monitor and analyze marketing and event performance, providing actionable insights and reporting to management.
9. Ensure all events and marketing initiatives align with brand standards and operational guidelines.
10. Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in organizing large-scale events.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
