Head of Wealth Management & Investment Sales

Key Responsibilities: • Build and lead AJWA’s wealth management and investment sales unit from the ground up. • Develop and execute strategies for marketing and placing new investment products. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth and institutional clients. • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations. • Oversee investor onboarding and ensure exceptional client service and retention. Requirements: • Proven track record in investment sales, business development, or wealth management. • Strong client base and network in the investment and financial sector. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred). • Minimum 5 years’ experience in investment placement, with at least 2 years in an investment company/bank in Kuwait. • Kuwaiti nationals preferred. • Experience in asset management or product development is a plus.
