  • Build and execute the Kuwait social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Produce high-impact content weekly. Short videos, reels, stories, car spotlights, customer testimonials, before-and-after service visuals, and motion graphics
  • Design creative assets for ads, posts, banners, landing pages, and email headers
  • Plan and run paid campaigns in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. Set targets, track budgets, and optimize for ROAS and CAC
  • Manage the content calendar, daily posting, comment replies, and DMs. Turn inquiries into bookings
  • Launch micro-influencer and creator partnerships in Kuwait. Negotiate deliverables and track performance
  • Localize messaging for Kuwait culture, seasons, holidays, and Arabic language content
  • Own analytics. Report weekly on growth, engagement, CTR, conversions, and CAC. Turn insights into actions
  • Coordinate with sales and operations to push priority SKUs, promotions, and service bundles
  • Maintain brand voice and visual standards across all channels

Requirements

  • 3+ years in social media marketing or growth marketing for consumer brands, ideally in Kuwait
  • Proven track record growing social accounts and converting traffic to sales for an e-commerce or services brand
  • Strong video skills. Shooting on phone, editing fast, adding captions, hooks, and sound sync. Comfortable with CapCut, Final Cut, or Premiere
  • Solid graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva Pro
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
  • Data-driven mindset. Able to build simple dashboards and make decisions from numbers
  • Languages. Excellent English. Arabic is a strong plus
  • Familiar with Qatar social trends, creators, and community groups

Nice to Have

  • Automotive or mobility category experience
  • Basic landing page building and A/B testing experience
  • Email and WhatsApp campaign experience
  • Influencer contract negotiation

Tools You Use

Adobe CC or Canva Pro, CapCut or Premiere, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Hootsuite or Later.

Success Metrics (first 90 days)

  • Social follower growth in Qatar by 25–40 percent across priority channels
  • Average engagement rate above 5 percent on Instagram and TikTok
  • CTR above 1.5 percent on paid social, CAC within target as set with GM
  • 5–10 creator partnerships launched per month with measurable ROI
  • At least 7- 10 content drops per week that drive inquiries or bookings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD400.000 - KD700.000 per month
