Key Responsibilities
- Execute the social media content calendar by preparing and posting content on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in developing creative and engaging content ideas aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.
- Coordinate with the in-house design and marketing team to produce visuals, videos, and promotional materials.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Support in community management and maintaining the brand’s voice across all platforms.
- Track social media analytics, prepare basic reports, and highlight trends or improvement areas.
- Assist in planning and covering live company events, workshops, or training sessions for social media coverage.
- Research competitor activities and suggest content improvements or new digital trends.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (internship or agency experience accepted).
- Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics features.
- Basic design and video editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Strong communication and writing skills in English and Arabic.
- Passion for content creation and social media trends.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Kuwaiti Accent is preferred

Pay: KD300.000 - KD400.000 per month
