Executive Operations AssistantLocation: Fort Smith, AR Job Type: Full Time Compensation: $16.00 per hourAbout the RoleWe are looking for an Executive Operations Assistant to work directly alongside the CEO of a growing group of companies. This is much more than a traditional executive assistant position. You will help keep multiple businesses organized, coordinate projects, solve problems, and ensure priorities continue moving forward.Our companies operate across real estate, property management, construction, and other entrepreneurial ventures, so no two days are the same. If you enjoy variety, take initiative, and thrive in a fast paced environment, this could be an excellent opportunity.ResponsibilitiesYou will play a key role in supporting day to day operations by:<ul><li>Managing the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel</li><li>Coordinating projects and tracking deadlines across multiple companies</li><li>Communicating with attorneys, accountants, banks, investors, contractors, vendors, and government agencies</li><li>Drafting professional emails, letters, reports, and presentations</li><li>Organizing digital files, corporate records, and important documentation</li><li>Assisting with business licensing, compliance, and regulatory filings</li><li>Conducting research and gathering information to support business decisions</li><li>Following up with team members and outside partners to keep projects moving</li><li>Identifying challenges before they become roadblocks and helping develop solutions</li><li>Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion</li></ul>What We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate is someone who:<ul><li>Is highly organized and detail oriented</li><li>Takes initiative without waiting for direction</li><li>Can confidently manage multiple priorities at once</li><li>Communicates professionally in both writing and conversation</li><li>Learns quickly and enjoys solving problems</li><li>Works well independently while collaborating with others</li><li>Thrives in a fast paced and constantly changing environment</li><li>Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality</li></ul>Experience supporting executives, coordinating projects, or working in real estate, construction, or property management is beneficial, but not required.
