Company: ARM Group of CompaniesPosition Title: Brand/Marketing ManagerPosition Based In: DHA, Karachi &ndash; PakistanGender: Male/FemaleExperience: Minimum 5 yearsKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business goals.</li><li>Manage the brand's positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.</li><li>Plan, implement, and monitor out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaigns, including billboards, transit, and other outdoor media.</li><li>Work closely with design and media buying teams to ensure high-impact billboard creatives and optimal placement.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Oversee and align all brand communication channels including print, digital, social media, and OOH.</li><li>Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding.</li><li>Manage relationships with external advertising agencies, media houses, and production vendors.</li><li>Track and report on brand performance metrics and campaign ROI, including OOH effectiveness.</li><li>Ensure all visual and written communication reflects brand standards and resonates with target audiences.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role, preferably with experience in OOH media.</li><li>Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and campaign execution.</li><li>Familiarity with billboard planning, media buying, and outdoor advertising metrics.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and creative briefing.</li></ul>Apply: send CV at hr@armpakpower.com mention job title in subject lineJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs500,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
