 Role Description
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Assistant based in Istanbul, with opportunities to work remotely part of the time. The Business Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities, ensure effective communication within and outside the organization, support business operations, assist in customer service tasks, and provide analytical insights to help optimize processes and achieve business goals. The role requires multitasking and organizational skills to support the team efficiently.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Customer Service to manage operations and build strong client relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and process optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of Business practices and organizational operations to support strategic goals
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Turkish and English
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in office applications and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is desirable
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
 </li>
