We value experienced superintendents who bring solutions to the table and understand how to lead projects by building relationships with their supervisors, colleagues, subcontractors, and clients.The Opportunity We are seeking a full-time Construction Superintendent to run jobs from mobilization to close-out. The majority of our work portfolio is prevailing wage, providing stable and high-earning opportunities. Out-of-town work does occur at times and you are fully supported during those assignments.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Direct all field operations including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control</li><li>Lead daily crew briefings and maintain strict adherence to safety standards</li><li>Partner with project managers by identifying issues early and presenting practical solutions</li><li>Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and all regulatory requirements</li><li>Deliver projects on schedule and at or above targeted gross profit</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of superintendent experience; 10+ years strongly preferred</li><li>Proven track record on prevailing wage and self-perform projects</li><li>Thorough knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and OSHA regulations</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and utilize standard construction software</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Base salary $75,000 to $100,000 (commensurate with experience and performance)</li><li>Company-provided (late-model) truck with fuel card</li><li>Company tablet</li><li>Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance</li><li>401(k) retirement plan</li><li>Paid vacation - available immediately upon hire</li><li>Eight paid holidays</li><li>Annual performance reviews with raises and bonus opportunity</li><li>Out-of-town assignments: company-paid lodging, $85 tax-free per diem, and typically a 4/10 schedule</li><li>Overtime is occasional - we respect family time and plan work accordingly</li></ul>Why Armcorp?
