We value experienced superintendents who bring solutions to the table and understand how to lead projects by building relationships with their supervisors, colleagues, subcontractors, and clients.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Construction Superintendent to run jobs from mobilization to close-out. The majority of our work portfolio is prevailing wage, providing stable and high-earning opportunities. Out-of-town work does occur at times and you are fully supported during those assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all field operations including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
• Lead daily crew briefings and maintain strict adherence to safety standards
• Partner with project managers by identifying issues early and presenting practical solutions
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and all regulatory requirements
• Deliver projects on schedule and at or above targeted gross profit

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of superintendent experience; 10+ years strongly preferred
• Proven track record on prevailing wage and self-perform projects
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and OSHA regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and utilize standard construction software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $75,000 to $100,000 (commensurate with experience and performance)
