Project Manager – Chemical Processing (6-Month Contract)

6-Month Contract | 20-30 hrs/week | Eau Claire, WI

Pay rate up to - $95 dollars an hour

Blackrock Resources is hiring for a client with chemical processing facilities in Wisconsin

Position Overview: Provide Project Management and Construction Management support for small projects across three Wisconsin locations. Act on behalf of client following capital work processes and generating required documentation.

Locations:

• Eau Claire, WI - Main Location
• Watertown, WI (Travel to)
• Milwaukee, WI (possibly travel to)
  
  

The will reimburse mileage or pay for a rental car.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management – Act on behalf of client in Project Management and Construction Management role for small projects; follow client capital work process and generate documentation required for AFE submittal
• Scope Development – Support scope development with internal engineering or third-party support as needed
• Budget & Schedule Management – Manage project budgets and schedules; track equipment deliveries
• Construction Coordination – Coordinate construction activities with contractors
  
  

Support Scope

• Submit projects in client AFE system
• Create purchase requisitions
• Manage purchase orders and invoicing
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Project Management experience
• Chemical processing plant experience preferred will consider similar experience
• Strong budget and schedule management skills
• Experience with construction coordination and contractor management
  
  

Contract Duration: 6 months Schedule: 20-30 hours per week
