Job Details

• Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and documentation
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field operations
• Maintain project budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting
• Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Interface with clients, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders professionally
• Drive accountability, maintain urgency, and proactively solve problems
• Ensure organized record-keeping and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience (comparable GC environment required)
• Proven ability to manage multiple scopes and run projects with increasing autonomy
• Experience with CM, Design-Build, and complex institutional projects strongly preferred
